Good news: if you already have a MyTOPdesk account, there’s no need to create a new one for the TOPdesk Community. We’ve recently heard from several customers that, even when their Community language is set to English, they still see Dutch posts showing up. Thanks to everyone who took the time to flag this and share examples; your feedback really helps us stay sharp.We’ve passed this on to our platform vendor, who has confirmed that this is an issue. Community Manager: Drives daily engagement, sets structure and tone of voice, manages reports and events. Moderators: Enforce community rules, move or merge topics, ensure questions don’t go unanswered. Ambassadors/Champions: Active members who contribute regularly; often enjoy privileges or early access.
