Stay connected to the community—wherever you are. The mobile version gives you instant access to knowledge and collaboration, no matter your location.

 

Use in Your Browser

Open the community URL in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. The interface automatically adapts to your screen, so you can search, post, reply, and view notifications.

 

Add as an App to Your Home Screen

iPhone (Safari):

  1. Open the community in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share icon (square with an upward arrow).
  3. Select Add to Home Screen.
  4. Optionally rename (e.g., “TOPdesk Community”) and tap Add.
  5. The community now appears as an app icon among your apps.

Android (Chrome):

  1. Open the community in Chrome.
  2. Tap in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Add to Home Screen or Install.
  4. Confirm; an app icon will appear on your home screen.

Mobile Notifications

  • Enable email or in-app notifications (see Notifications & Settings).
  • Set up labels or push alerts in your mail app for @mentions.

 

Troubleshooting

  • If Add to Home Screen doesn’t work, update your browser.
  • Lost the icon? Repeat the steps—you won’t lose any account data.
