I have a query relating to Microsoft Teams integration for TOPdesk and updating existing tickets. A colleague was looking to update a ticket via Teams but the ticket was older than the ones listed. Does it list tickets going back 21 or so days, or can this setting be amended to go back further?

Hello everyone,Is anyone using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Automate integrated with TOPdesk in an environment protected by IP whitelisting?We are currently evaluating this integration and would like to understand how other customers have addressed this scenario:Which IPs or IP ranges did you allow? Were you able to use Microsoft/Power Platform IP ranges directly? Did you need an intermediary service with a fixed IP address (Azure Function, API Management, etc.)? Hi all,According to the documentation on Topdesk API Docs;  there is call to retrieve an overview of all the permissions given. “/services/permissions/reporting/1.0.0/roles”.This returns all the permissions that a “principal” has. I am looking to map the ID of that principal to retrieve the name ; but I cannot find where this ID is coming from. I tried the oData-endpoints of persons, operators, operatorgroups, tried the old SQL dump as well, but I don’t find the exact ID on our database. Anyone has experience with this API and knows where to find the link?Thanks ! 

Hi,I build a good working integration between TOPdesk SaaS call-module and Atlassian Jira issues.This integration is able to send attachment from TD calls to a linked Jira issue, and TD actionlogs to the comment memofield in the linked Jira issue. The challenge is to send inline images within a TD actionlog (which are not anymore saved in TD as attachments as was done before) to the comment memofield  in the linked Jira issue. Does anyone have a suggestion or got this working in any existing integration ?I expect to need the new endpoint /tas/api/incidents/id/{id}/images (which still is a bit buggy) but to prevent myself for a too narrow, solution-focused mindset, I’d probably best repeat my need in other words:I need a solution to send action log entries with inline images via API messaging to the logbook of a linked JIRA item at one of our partners. Currently, we are only able to send plaintext to that partner, which is pulled from the relevant TD call via, among others, endpoint /ta

Has anyone created SharePoint web parts to pull through news or service disruptions from TOPdesk?Without putting too much effort in I'm thinking it's going to be Odata feed or API or extending to a Microsoft list or Power BI feed; it might not even be that complicated but I thought it would be worth an ask to see if anyone else has done it and howthanks in advance

Hi,We use Person Groups that are updated daily through a selection. In TOPdesk, however, you can only schedule this update once per day.We would like to refresh a Person Group multiple times per day - preferably via an API call that we can trigger from our data-integration platform.In the API documentation, I haven’t found a method to initiate such a recalculation or refresh.Has anyone implemented a solution for this? Or are others also looking for similar functionality?Benny.

Hi everyone, I’m facing a recurring situation in TOPdesk and I’d like to know if anyone has encountered something similar or found a workable solution.In several workflows, I need the operator to finalize a call or activity only after providing specific information — essentially like a mandatory form before completion.The issue is that TOPdesk does not natively offer a feature that forces the operator to fill in these details at the moment of closing the call/activity.I also cannot simply make the optional fields mandatory, because the information required varies across many different workflows and topics. Each process has its own set of specific data that must be collected, so making a field globally required would break other flows.Ideally, TOPdesk would have configurable pop‑ups triggered by specific events, where I could build a customized form integrated with an action sequence. Op dit moment is het, als ik de documentatie mag geloven, nog steeds niet mogelijk om de urgentie te zetten op een change via de API.Dit is voor een klant van ons, die uitermate afhankelijk is van TOPdesk voor een groot primair en sociaal impactvol proces, een serieus probleem als het gaat om het upgraden van hun VA omgeving.Ik vind het behoorlijk kansloos dat deze API nog steeds niet compleet is en dat de enige manier om dit soort velden te zetten wordt gedeactiveerd en dus functionaliteit wordt weggenomen.
