Emergencie bulk sms via Topdesk

We are looking for a solution to send bulk SMS to all our users in case of emergencies , for example, when the internet connection is down.

In the marketplace, we see possibilities to SMS operators, but we are looking for a way to send SMS in bulk to all users.

Does anyone know a solution or has a similar use case that is solved via Topdesk?
If there is no solution via Topdesk, we are also interested in recommendations from other suppliers.

You could build an automation which sent SMS through, for example, Spryng SMS.

Not quite sure how to do this in bulk, in theory you could read the mobile numbers from the person cards but there has to be better solutions.

    Thanks for your reply. I also have the idea that there has to be a better solution.

    I'm curious how similar use cases are solved by other companies.
    Do you have a solution in place for such an emergency scenario?
