We’ve recently heard from several customers that, even when their Community language is set to English, they still see Dutch posts showing up. Thanks to everyone who took the time to flag this and share examples; your feedback really helps us stay sharp.We’ve passed this on to our platform vendor, who has confirmed that this is an issue. Their engineers are working on a fix. For now, there’s nothing you need to adjust on your side. Over the past few months, many organizations have explored the new AI features in TOPdesk through our Early Access program. As this period comes to an end on March 31, 2026, we’d like to give you a clear overview of the next steps — and what this means for our subscription plans: Essential, Engaged, and Excellent. What happens after Early Access?Starting April 2026, the AI features will become a permanent part of TOPdesk.
