We’ve recently launched TOPdesk Academy Online, our new online learning platform for TOPdesk customers. We’d love to invite you to take a look and help us improve it.

Are you a TOPdesk application manager, either new to the role or already experienced? We’re keen to hear from customers at all experience levels who are willing to explore TOPdesk Academy Online, share their thoughts, and help shape how learning at TOPdesk evolves.

What we ask

As part of our Early Access phase, you’ll receive one free licence with three months of access to the first Essential learning journey, available in English, German, and Dutch. In return, we ask you to actively use the platform and complete a short questionnaire about your experience. If you’re open to it, we may also invite you for a brief interview of around 15 minutes to discuss the content, structure, and overall value of the e-learning in a bit more depth.

What you get

Your feedback will directly contribute to improving the platform. As a thank you for your time, you’ll receive a certificate recognising your participation, along with early, hands-on access to TOPdesk Academy Online.

The sign-up form is probably only available for “Main Contacts,” which might explain why some community members are getting a “Not Found” error.

I started the course two days ago and already have a few feedback points.

Hi Sanne, i am a main contact in out enviroment (with 1 other person), so it should’nt be the reason then?

Access to the TOPdesk Academy Online currently differs per region. You can find more information in the following knowledge item:

How can you request access to the TOPdesk Academy Online? 

If you're unable to request access, this is most likely because the Academy Online is still in the early access phase and is being rolled out gradually per country.

If you have questions about your specific situation or would like to check whether access can be arranged for you, please contact your account manager. We can review your request and, if possible, provide access through an alternative process. Please note that during the early access phase, access is limited and we cannot guarantee access for countries that are not yet part of the rollout.

The good news is that TOPdesk Academy Online will be available in all countries in the future!
