Let's be honest, the Beatles left us with more than just timeless music. They left us with some surprisingly relevant life lessons for anyone working in service management.

Think about it:

"Help!" arguably the most relatable ticket subject line ever written.

"Come Together"  what every cross-departmental change request desperately needs.

"Let It Be"  the internal monologue of every operator who's decided not to escalate that one recurring ticket. Again.

"A Hard Day's Night"  basically a SLA breach in song form.

And of course: "With a Little Help from My Friends",  which is exactly what this Community is for.

So today, in honor of the Fab Four: what's your favorite Beatles song and what does it remind you of at work?

Drop it in the comments. We have a feeling it's going to be a good one.

And I'll get the ball rolling with my favorite: Blackbird and it feels very fitting now that we have the TOPdesk Community.

You build something, pour your heart and soul into it, and hope that people find their way there. That it becomes a place where customers feel comfortable enough to ask a question, where someone else thinks "oh, I know that feeling" and simply replies. Where solutions get shared that you never could have come up with yourself.

"Take these broken wings and learn to fly"  though as a community manager, I'm hoping the wings aren't broken at all. People just haven't spread them yet.

As a long time Beatles fan (especially everything before the Revolver album), my favorite song is All My Loving. It reminds me of all our latest and future AI features. As AI is often right, never makes spelling errors and in the future might be able to solve things when you're not working.

Remember I'll always be true
And then while I'm away
I'll write home every day
