Downloading multiple files attached to a call
Is there a way for an Operator to download all files attached to a call by a customer in one go?
At present it seems that Operators can only download attachments one at a time?

I don't believe there is, you can only download documents one at a time regardless of the type of card or the place you download them from in TOPdesk.
