Wij zijn begonnen met de inrichting van Operationeel beheer. Nu loop ik er tegen aan dat ik gewoon weg niet weet hoe ik een email actie kan maken dat een afdeling een mailtje krijgt op de signaleringsdatum. Ik hoop dat iemand een voorbeeld voor mij heeft. Het gaat dus over een actie en een gebeurtenis

+11handig! Ik zal er eens naar kijken van jullie 2, wij zijn ook net over op operationeel beheer, en dit kan handig zijn!
