Question

Series which is created last day of the month

Hi
I have a need for a Series which is created on the last working day of the month, but I do not have that option, when I try to create a series.

Does anybody have a good workaround for that?

It’s correct that this pattern isn’t available in TOPdesk.

I’m not sure what your usecase is, is it for one serie or multiple?  

Hi Bo,

There are some workarounds - some better than others - depending your use case.

1. If not that many activities you can plan and adjust it manually

2. You can discover possibilities running Powerautomate or a script to create the activities. 

 

Maybe other community members allready have a script or an actionsequence available.

Thanks for answering.

 

The usercase is that I need some tasks to be done on the last working day of the month, which I can setup as reminders in my Calendar, but in case I am away, then the team would not be able to do something about it.

It is tasks like follow up on time registrations, and move them from internal time registrations system to customer billing. 

It is EVERY month, so the manual way is not what I would like. ;)
