@Robin Noppert  was one of the first members to join the early‑access phase of the TOPdesk Community. From the start, he actively joined discussions, shared his thoughts and helped other users find their way. His action sequence was added to the Community Resources early on, and many members are now using it. His willingness to share knowledge and support others fits perfectly with the spirit of the community.

Robin introduces himself as a 24‑year‑old ICT Infrastructure Specialist and TOPdesk owner at Haagse Wijk en Woonzorg in The Netherlands. His organization works with a wide range of TOPdesk modules — Incident Management, Asset Management, Change Management, Action Management and, most recently, Operations Management. These modules support teams such as Care Mediation, Production Administration, Facilities and IT. Because TOPdesk is so central to his daily work, the community plays an important role for him. “Within my organization I sometimes miss fellow admins to exchange ideas with. In the community I’ve found people who understand exactly what I’m dealing with and are willing to help straight away.”

A memorable moment for him was when his action sequence was added to the library. “I’m really proud of that. It’s great to see others using it and responding positively.”

He also highlights a project he implemented early on: digitizing equipment loan agreements. “It saves time, reduces errors and, with lifecycle automation, helps us replace hardware on time and keep colleagues informed.”

His tip for new members couldn’t fit the community vibe better: “Just say hi. It’s an easy way to connect and see who else is active.”
