Use in your browser

Open the community URL in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. The interface automatically adapts to your screen, so you can search, post, reply, and view notifications.

Add as an app to your home screen iPhone (Safari): open the community in Safari, tap the Share icon, select Add to Home Screen, optionally rename it (e.g. “TOPdesk Community”), and tap Add.

Add as an app to your home screen Android (Chrome): open the community in Chrome, tap ⋮ in the top-right corner, select Add to Home Screen or Install, and confirm.

Troubleshooting

If Add to Home Screen doesn't work, update your browser. Lost the icon? Repeat the steps — you won't lose any account data.
