Every contribution you make in the TOPdesk Community counts. Replies that help others, topics you start, answers marked as Best Answer, and likes you give and receive all add up to points and points move you up through the ranks, from New Member to Legend.

How to earn recognition

• Provide helpful answers that get accepted as a Best Answer.
• Write clear, well-structured posts.
• Engage others: ask questions, summarize discussions, share resources.
• Be consistent — better a little every week than a big burst once.

Reputation & visibility

The more you contribute, the more visible you become in community listings, and the more likely others are to tag you on topics you know well.

Tips for success

Specialize in one or two themes and become the go-to person for them, join ambassador programs or user groups, and use a recognizable profile photo with a clear bio.
