Unable to Login into TOPdesk SSP

Hi All,

Is anyone else unable to log into the TOPdesk SSP? I keep getting Invalid login. I have also changed my password, but that is not working either. I need to raise a ticket with the Helpdesk.

There is nothing going on, so best is to send an email to support via support@topdesk.com or just to give them a call.

Seems to be working for us at LSHTM. Have you checked the TOPdesk status page for the relevant hosting location? 

If that doesnt show any issues, could it be an internal issue at your organisation?
