Subcateory report or queue

Hello, I'm trying to find a report that can shows a specific subcategory only, but finding it difficult. Wondering if there is a way for me to have a report that shows only currently open requests for a specific subcategory under a specific category.

 

Alternatively, if there was a way to have a queue for the subcategory, that would also work.

You could do something like this and create a new selection. As you want it for open calls only, you can start with: ‘Status is equal to Closed’, but then use the ‘invert criterion’ option so its the reverse

    In a report you can also use the blue filter icon when grouping on the subcategory field.

     

    But most of the time I am using ​@Azim Khan solution by defining a selection to use in a report cause it gives more grouping options afterwards. Also, it results in a queue and report. Win win.
