Selection for tickets - sharee

Hi @all,

I am wondering if there is any possibility to create a selection where I can Filter on sharee? I didn’t find a spot to get a list of tickets which were shared with me (and maybe other users).

I didn’t wanna switch to SSP to look at the list of requests. I wanna use the selection on the operators page.

Hi Thomas,

There doesn't seem to be an option in the operator section to create a selection for incidents that are shared with you. I suspect that this is not there, because the functionality is mainly useful on the SSP side.

You can create a selection for incidents where you are linked as a person on the ‘Link’ tab, so maybe you could use that functionality for the operator section.

Not the ideal solution, but it can maybe provide a workaround!
