It only shows 10,000. We have over 5x that. How would y’all search for a user that is in the middle of what you know is there.
Ex: I want to search for a user that has a last name that starts with O. No matter how I filter the list it can’t click past 100 screens to get to them. Am I simply missing a search feature?

If you have the full surname and can enter that, surely that would return fewer results?
Unless you aren’t searching for someone specific but need to see a list of similar names etc
The other option you have is going to Modules > Supporting Files and then doing an export of the persons into Excel. You should be able to locate everyone in alphabetical order that way on a spreadsheet

+1New admin, my bad. I did not see the drop down on the Search for Users (but it is of course there).
I had only searched Tickets the last 4 years and never even noticed the drop down.
I shall go get another coffee and my eyes checked lol.
