Is there a way to create a Forward Schedule of Change and a Change calendar feeding off of the change tickets? Currently we have to download the open changes and then manually manipulate the data - this takes up a lot of time when it would great to let TOPdesk do this for us.

Hi. We're working on making a change calendar in Power BI. However, it's not easy because there are multiple fields which could or should be used. Each type of change uses a different implementation date field. For open changes, you'll need to look at planned implementation date, yet again a different field! This makes is very complicated. We don't find the calendar which is integrated in TOPdesk very usefull. You can only filter between simple and extensive changes.

Hi, we use the text #changekalender in the action field for each change that has to be on the change calendar. With use a selection to display al those changes. (Screendump is in Dutch)
