MCP: bring TOPdesk into the AI tools you already use
Your team probably already asks CoPilot, Claude or ChatGPT for help throughout the day. With the MCP, you can safely connect those tools straight to your TOPdesk environment.
The problem it solves
Some teams have already started building their own connection to TOPdesk, piece by piece, with no supported path. Workarounds like that often rely on shared keys and access that reaches further than intended, which is a real risk for any organization handling sensitive data.
What the MCP does
The MCP gives your team a safe, supported way to reach TOPdesk from the AI tools they already use. Ask something like “which tickets haven't been touched in three days?” and get the answer straight from your own tickets and knowledge base, read-only, and scoped to your own data. No custom connector to build, and no risk of reaching further than your own environment.
Who it's for
Teams on the Excellent plan who already rely on AI tools like CoPilot, Claude or ChatGPT day to day, and want that access without building or maintaining it themselves.
How to get started
The MCP will be available in October, on the Excellent plan. You'll find the connection details in your environment once it's released. More on how to set it up will follow later on our documentation portal.
