We’ve reached an important milestone: TOPdesk is now ISO 27001 certified. This means our information security management system meets an internationally recognized standard.

What does that mean exactly?

As part of the certification process, an independent auditor assessed how we manage and protect information at TOPdesk. By achieving ISO 27001 certification, we now have independent confirmation that our approach meets the requirements of this international standard.

For you as a customer, this provides an extra level of assurance about how we approach information security.
