For everyone who was at Unlocked: let’s keep talking about what you heard  

Were you at Unlocked in Utrecht, or did you join the livestream? This session is only for you. A week later, we’re getting together to talk through what came up that day — from the new product announcements in the opening keynote to the sessions on service management beyond IT, knowledge management, the public sector, and reporting. 

No fixed programe like Unlocked itself. You and the other attendees decide together what deserves a closer look 

What’s an unconference? In the first ten-fifteen minutes, everyone pitches a topic that’s stuck with them since Unlocked: a question about the AI roadmap, something from the servicemanagement-beyond-IT session, or a session you wanted to attend but missed. From there, you split into small groups to talk it through. If a conversation isn’t useful to you, feel free to move to another.
