TOPdesk Community London Meet-up
Join us for a small, in-person meet-up with fellow TOPdesk Community members in London.
We’ll kick things off at the TOPdesk office with an informal peer roundtable, followed by dinner and drinks nearby.
During the session, we’ll focus on a topic many teams are currently navigating:
how to organize your support channels today and what might be next.
Think of questions like:
- How do you balance portal, e-mail and Teams?
- What works well in practice, and what doesn’t?
- Where do AI and automation already add value?
This is not a presentation or demo, but an open conversation where you can share experiences and learn from others.
