TOPdesk MCP Server

Currently, I don’t. But I’ve heard a lot about n8n from other TOPdesk gurus. Is this what you’re looking for? For example, the following setup:

• Open WebUI for the chat interface (invoke the n8n webhook).

• n8n to process the requests from the Open WebUI to the LLM and send the responses back, plus integration with TOPdesk via API.

• LLM provider like OpenAI

Yeah, that’s the sort of thing - I’ve been looking specifically from a ChatGPT Business perspective and whilst I have an outline of an implementation plan, it’s not yet setup.

I’m curious what automations or benefits people have found from doing this - from both a read & write perspective. I’m expecting some will be organisation-specific depending on what else that is combined with, but any ideas or real-world examples would be great to share.

We are trying it to integrate it to our openwebui and n8n system.

There is a python project calles topdesk_mcp, but we are still at the integration phase.

Maybe someone has some tipps how to do it.

It wasn’t answered directly, but that in itself helped as it sounds like not many customers have worked on this much yet.

I’ve not progressed this any further either, as I’m still not clear what benefits it would give us, but I’ll keep that under review.

no, we are still in PoC state and trying to implement it.

​@Mark Smith  I know a few Dutch customers that have done some awesome stuff with N8N that ​@Rico Roodenburg  mentioned. If you ever want me reach out to them to see if they can inspire you, i'll be happy to help. 

I’ve added my collegue to this community who will try topdesk_mcp with n8n.
