Why are TOPdesk-created Action Sequences available in My TOPdesk and not on the Community?

The action sequences created by TOPdesk are available in My TOPdesk, because our Support team primarily works from there. This is where documentation is maintained and updated.
The Community is meant for knowledge sharing between users, not as the central location for TOPdesk-managed content such as action sequences.

 

Where can I find the action sequences?

You can find them in My TOPdesk → Service Automation

 

If you have questions or want to exchange experiences about action sequences, the Community is still the right place for that.
